PICK UP

1. For pick-up of orders, the buyer should only pick up after receiving an email notification that the order is ready for collection.
2. Pick up is not available on Thursdays.
3. Pick up is possible during operating hours, usually from 11am to 3pm.
4. Pick up/self-collect is available from Chocspot (Room 4205 at Block 4, Level 2) at ITE College West during school days within operating hours.
5. The buyer must present the order email to identify the order when picking up.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery is only available to staff and students of ITE College West only. The public can buy and self-collect.
2. Delivery is within ITE College West grounds only.
3. Delivery times are limited to periods specified by us, and are subject to availability. The buyer will receive an email to select preferred delivery dates and times after the purchase.
4. Only one attempt to deliver will be made. After a failed delivery, the buyer is required to self-collect the order. No prompts to the buyer will be made to self-collect the product.
5. Pick up/self-collect is available from Chocspot (Room 4205 at Block 4, Level 2) at ITE College West during school days within operating hours.
6. Purchases not picked up14 days after the purchase date will be disposed. No replacement will be made for the buyer.
7. The buyer must present the order email to identify the order when picking up.
8. The seller will communicate with the buyer with email as the primary mode of communication.
